Machine can be used to pack all kind powder and products into the bags. Bags are from one type. In this process is used “flange”. To minimize consumption of compression air we used rubber bend. It help also for long term exploatation. Weight system to dispense made by feedback scales.

Line is intended to food packing equipment for Granules for ex. Sugar, rice, bean, corn, wheat.
Automated process of packing. Packing material is introduced into the container hopper. Next is transported to hopper with metering system. Followed by countdown and pouring into the bag. Bags are made by machine in flange with used foil type. Bag after welded is ready to pack into shipping container and ready to sell.
Line which we offer can packing granular and granulated materials min. 30 max 1000 gram. All elements which have contact with packing product are made from specific material for the food industry . Gear motor and pneumatic in installation are responsible for drive. Every action are synchronized by electronic system with PLC drivers.
Thanks for replaceable system is possible to create different shape of bags. With the machine are coming also two exchange flanges (according from customer). Swage tool defines width of bag. length is determined by photomarker. Photomarker is printed at foil.
Foil has to be properly roll up core which is located in carrier foil. Proposed dimensions of the foil: width 450mm, diameter of reel 380mm.
For installation of production line is needed room at least 2,8m of high, supply voltage 380 V, compressor 250l/min.
