„MADOKS” pellet mill is designed for pelletizing into 5-15 kg pcv bags ( possible to change size of bags to 20-25 kg). Machine unrolls and forms foil film, next measures and fills it. Bag full of material is welded and cut off. Machine is controlled by electronic system.

Line consist of feeder grain pellets, vibrating feeder, automatic packaging machines and a discharge tray.
Vibration system works by scales with feedback. With vibration material is moved on from the container to the bucket. Bucket is connections with electronic scales which stops the vibrator. When it receives the signal from the electronic system, pneumatic cylinders open valves and the material is poured from bucket into the prepared bag.
Packing machine used film to wraps and flange to forms bag. The film is moved at a designated length of the marker, which is printed on the film. Latch closed and cut the film by pneumatic nife. Electronic system work.
