The machine is designed for packing granular materials for ex, pellets, rice, corn, frozen and dried fruit, etc. in bags or carton, from 1 kg to 25 kg. Parts of line are; conveyor grains, dispensing machine, the drain tray and welder. Electronic system of the machine.  All parts of this machine which are in contact with packed products, are made of stainless steel.

Technical description:

The process starts pouring in material packed into the container dispenser. Feeder moves the material in the container machines, then the vibration transfer it into a bucket. When an electronic scale measures the weight,  vibrations stop.

 Machine operator puts ready bag into pouring place and leg gives a signal to pneumatic cylinders to open bucket, after this bags is filled. When the bag is full discharge tray moves it to weld. Machine operator  puts bag open side into the welder  and gives a signal by leg. Electronic system controlled temperature and time of welding.  When welding is complete, pneumatic cylinders open jaw. Feeder moves the ready bag and the next filled is applied to the weld.
